The role

Our clients are looking for a bright, experienced and motivated Associate to join our Commercial Property Investment Team. Sitting within the wider Real Estate Group, you’ll act for clients ranging from ultra – high net worth offshore investors and major UK property companies to international  funders. You’ll be engaged in the full range of high-value commercial property investment work including: –
1. Sales and purchases;

2. High-value lettings;

3. Day-to-day property management work; and

4. Funding work

A transactional role, you will have extensive day-to-day contact with clients and their other advisors at a senior level providing high quality legal and commercial solutions to whatever issues arise. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to sit at the heart of high value complex transactions for major investment clients.
