Senior Level Associate or Salaried Partner – Construction

Our client’s construction team has grown significantly over the course of the past seven years and they are now looking to recruit an experienced solicitor (in either a senior level Associate or even Salaried Partner capacity) with at least 5 years PQE with excellent non-contentious experience. This is an exciting role which will include servicing current work flows and helping grow this flow of work. There are excellent opportunities for the right candidate to develop their own networks and business, including an opportunity to build a case for partnership.

Candidates should have a good understanding of national standard forms and experience of preparing and or advising upon all associated documentation including inter alia collateral warranties, duty of care agreements, performance bonds, guarantees etc.

Responsibilities

Candidates should be able to provide an effective legal service to a variety of clients.  You will be expected to:

• Provide advice regarding all aspects of national non-contentious building, construction and engineering work
• Work for clients across the entire spectrum of the construction industry, including employers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
• Undertake marketing and networking, both internally and networking, including providing seminars, lectures and workshops and writing bulletins / articles / blogs, updating literature etc.
• Meet financial and time recording targets
