Due to continued growth our client are now looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive within their Wills, Trust & Probate specialist team department.


The Role

As a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Paralegal working within the Wills, Trust & Probate Team your role will be varied and demanding. The purpose of this role is to assist the partners in providing a quality, efficient, cost effective legal service to the firm’s clients, contributing to the overall profitability of the firm.

You will be responsible for taking initial instructions from the client, advising the client in consultation with the supervising partner, ensuring strong and continuous communication is in place with the client at all times.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a partner but, must have specialised experience and be able to handle their own caseload.

Candidates must have at least 2 years PQE level experience and ideally have experience of the administration of estates, trusts and taxation of trusts and estates. We are also encouraging applications from candidates with the STEP qualification.

Candidates will also need to have excellent client care and communication skills. The successful candidates will also need to show that they can cope well under pressure and maintain excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and keep to tight deadlines.
