Residential Property Fee-Earner
The Residential Conveyancing team acts for a wide range of clients – from clients buying their first home to clients buying large country estates.
Our clients residential conveyancing solicitors have particular experience with buying and selling large country estates, and high-end residential properties, both in London and the South West. Increasingly, these property transactions involve an international element, and we are able to call upon the expertise of our Private Wealth team, to assist in any necessary tax planning.
The team provides advice on:
• Leasehold and freehold sales
• Buy to let
• Equity transfers
• Shared ownership
Our client is looking for a talented and ambitious Residential Property Fee Earner to join our well-regarded practice in our Exeter office. As part of a growing department, the successful Fee Earner will manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion to include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; remortgages; buy to let; equity release and; first registrations. In addition you will also play an active role in marketing strategies to continue the growth and success of the department and firm as a whole.
The successful Fee Earner will have experience of working within the residential property field, with a proven track record of meeting financial and non-financial targets with the ability to demonstrate compliance with various regulatory bodies internally and externally.
