Our client is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant/Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2 years experience. You would be assisting with conveyancing matters and you will assist two busy legal advisors. The successful candidate will possess the ability to:

  • Manage a caseload under supervision
  • Draft contracts
  • Check titles
  • Raise enquiries
  • Prepare initial reports to clients
  • Liaise with clients, agents and lenders
  • Prepare completion statements
  • Archive files
  • Provide regular updates to the legal advisors

You will need to be a proficient and accurate typist and possess strong organisational skills. Strong literacy and numeracy are required with a keen eye for detail. You must demonstrate a professional and confident manner, and possess strong client care and communication skills.
