Our client is seeking an experienced solicitor to join their development team. The team has a particular focus in London and the South East acting for a range of national and international developers.
Based in their Cambridge office, you will be part of a team of 12 fee earners across both the Cambridge and Norwich offices.
You will primarily assist the Development team acting for a range of national and international developers. The work is wide ranging and will include site acquisitions due diligence, structuring of documentation for commercial and residential units sales. The preparation of precedent documentation for unit disposals by the sales team, ongoing real estate issues on a number of developments eg rights to light deeds, and easements relating to infrastructure. There will also be the opportunity to become involved in the drafting, negotiating and letting of commercial units on mixed use developments.

What experience is required?
You will ideally have at least two years’ residential development experience and be used to a fast paced, high pressure working environment. You must have good attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
