An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, committed, hard-working and enthusiastic, Head of Residential Property Team (minimum 10 years PQE) to join thier Residential Property Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will have the vision, drive and creativity to take the department forward in line with the firm’s vision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management, control and operation of the department. Managing and building effective, strong relationships with clients and work colleagues is the key to success in this role, as is a strong understanding and knowledge of the industry and local property market.
This post requires an individual who is extremely ambitious, committed and hard-working. Being responsible for the management and development of the team, it is crucial to this role that individuals are experienced within people management as well as handling a case-load of clients. You will therefore be able to demonstrate previous experience of strong managerial and resource management skills and you will foster a positive and innovative working environment among your team to deliver excellent client service and experience.
You must be able to show outstanding results in your current and previous posts, have an obvious flair for marketing and business development, and also demonstrate exceptional customer service and client care standards. Experience in general private property work is essential for this role, along with cross discipline working and links with Commercial Property and Land & Development teams.
